These reformer sessions are the most personalized training option. Each session works the entire body, but is tailored specifically to your needs, and helps you tone, build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance.

This class takes place entirely on our reformers combining classical and contemporary Pilates.   This fun full-body workout improves flexibility and stability, enhances core strength, and improves brain to body control!

Open to five participants; previous reformer experience is recommended.

Mat Pilates is practiced with no external props, using only breath, body weight and gravity. With precise performance of Pilates exercises, the body's physical physiological effects become immediately apparent. As Mr. Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see a difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body."
